Our Story

Our founders have over four decades of combined professional experience in sales, marketing, training, customer service, operations and general management – with over fourteen years of experience in real estate marketing from some of the Philippines’ top developers.

Operations-savvy with a flair for general management, sales and corporate planning, Jackie began her career as a teacher for several years. Her entry into the corporate world started with training, moving on to marketing and corporate planning (she is a licensed ISO 9000 quality auditor). She was formerly general manager of one of the top equipment suppliers for the Philippine food service industry. Jackie established two start-ups upon her early retirement, successfully selling one of the companies prior to venturing into real estate, by co-founding PropertyMart Corporation.

Jackie is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Erwin is a seasoned marketing guy with over two decades of experience in real estate and direct sales. Prior to establishing the real estate brokerage, PropertyMart.ph, he was a pioneer officer of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., the real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies, where he served as Vice President for Marketing. Prior to joining Eton, he was also Assistant Vice President for Marketing of Suntrust Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation.

Erwin graduated from De La Salle University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser – placing Top 8 in the Real Estate Appraiser’s board examination, and a Licensed Real Estate Consultant – placing Top 10 in the Real Estate Consultant’s board examination.

In part, starting PropertyMart.ph was a search for meaning. We wanted to create an organization that fulfills  its mission for its clients: sellers and buyers, developers, agents, and owners alike. But at the same time contributed to something more.

That something more is…

We set aside more than 10% of our revenue (Yes, before expenses and taxes.) for an educational fund that will help assist economically-challenged college students.

Why college students? We figured they’ll just need help for four (4) years at the most, then they can become contributing members of Philippine society and, hopefully, pay it forward.
