Why do you do paid Digital Ads only for Exclusive Listings?
First, what are Exclusive Listings?
When we list your property, you have two (2) options: an Exclusive Listing or a Non-Exclusive Listing.
If it’s an Exclusive Listing, then for a specified period of time, normally 6-months, only PropertyMart Corp and its licensed real estate brokers are authorized to sell your property. No other brokers can sell the property.
If it’s a Non-Exclusive Listing, the property seller can choose to contact and work with as many licensed real estate brokers as they want.
If the property is listed exclusively with PropertyMart.ph, then the company invests the necessary funds needed to advertise the property in Google and Facebook. No advertising fees are collected from the property owner.
Do we do paid Digital Ads for all Exclusive listings? Not necessarily. There are some types of properties that would not have good results using Digital Ads. In such cases we advise the property owner and we can work on the property on a non-exclusive basis.
